4. Seller Obligations

All sellers registered on Vyapari Store must:

• Provide accurate details regarding their products, including pricing, specifications, images, and availability.
• Ensure products listed are legal, genuine, and comply with applicable Indian laws.
• Honor confirmed orders and ship within the stated processing time.
• Not misrepresent product quality, origin, or capabilities.

We reserve the right to remove any product listing that violates our policies, Google's Merchant Center policies, or any applicable local laws. Sellers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their products.

5. Buyer Rights & Responsibilities

As a buyer on Vyapari Store, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
• Make payment promptly for confirmed orders.
• Review product descriptions and specifications before purchase.
• Use our platform only for lawful purposes.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Vyapari Store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select orders

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
